Can I submit an invoice for an article submitted in 2024?

Please note: Only invoices for eligible journals submitted in 2024 will be accepted. For articles submitted in 2025 please review the Open Access Policy 2025.

Please include the following information on the invoice.  Without this information, the foundation cannot process payment.

• Invoices must also include: 
• Gates Grant Number in the Purchase Order Field 
• Article DOI or Title
• Journal title
• Indication that the article license is CC BY
• Date of article submission
